A few things to check.

1) Is the QSECOFR QSECOFR entry still in the system directory ?
2) Presumably no one has removed special authority from QSECOFR
profile ?
3) We used to do something like this a few years ago. Had a user
profile called FILERCVR created and enrolled in system directory and
sent files via SNADS to it, then had a program receive the file and
submit a job to process it. I THINK the key was that the job had to be
submitted under a user profile that had *ALLOBJ authority, and that for
some reason you couldn't use QSECOFR. Then again, it's been a while
since we stopped running that and my brain could be fried. :-)

Subject: Allowing users to do RCVNETF without granting
authority to CMD RCVNETF

        Hi Folks,

We have an application that needs to let users do a RCVNETF. We
have a
CL that knows the file name and user that it is coming from and
will
execute the RCVNETF with that information.

I tried changing the CL to *OWNER and then doing a change
CHGOBJOWN to
        QSECOFR
and I get error message CPF8070 Not allowed to process files for
user
"xxxxxxxxxx. where "xxxxxxxxxx" is a valid user name (the name
of the
        profile that sent the file...).

        Any ideas ?

        Thanks !!

        Chuck
