Mike, I've been meaning to ask you about this for a few weeks. Can you explain further how you did this ? When I press F18 on WRKDIRE simply shows you a Directory Location, used within OfficeVision, and nothing to do with a name used by PC's when connection to the 400. ... Neil Palmer AS/400~~~~~ ... If you do WRKDIRE and then press F18, you can specify the the name you want the PC's to see in the Directory Entry Location. The entry you make there should be whatever is referenced as the remote system on all of your PC's. We have four AS/400's setup this way currently.
