The above is NAMEFMT 0, which can be used for library objects. To send
library/object files, you can also use NAMEFMT 1, and the formats will be:

PUT qsys.lib/[libraryname.lib]/[filename.file]/[membername.mbr] [pathname
on PC]

and

GET [pathname on PC]
qsys.lib/[libraryname.lib]/[filename.file]/[membername.mbr]

NAMEFMT 1 can handle the rest of the IFS just like PC path names.
