The usual response I've been getting is, "CA couldn't have done that—must
be <fill in the blank> that caused the problem. You can always contract
with ConsultLine, and IF it turns out to be a CA problem, YOU WON'T NEED TO
PAY FOR IT!!!"

Oh, really? HAH! I think that stinks!!!
