Problem is that the people that should be listening, aren't.

I guess I remember when there WAS good software and when the bugs came up,
you just picked up the phone and got the fix.  None of this "punch button
1 for nosepickers, push button 2 for butt scratchers..." kind of
annoyances.  Hey, I KNOW there's some REALLY GOOD talent at the labs and
on the support lines, don't think there's not...but if it's our problem we
fix it...so should the labs...and without all the red tape!  

btw, with all the fun times we had with CA/95 I often had to ask myself
just who tested it and who tested the install process....couldn't have
been a real user...
