There is a parm on the CHGOUTQ command called MAXPAGES. This will let set a
cap on the number of pages, along with a start and end time for the limit,
in military time format. This is excellent if you wanted to say, not allow
any huge reports to print during the business day. The status of the
spooled files will be DFR (deferred).

Does anyone know of a way to monitor the contents of an outq?
Basically, I want the system to HOLD all 800+ page spool files from
automatically printing.
