    There exists since V3R1 (I believe) a new Parm on the CRTOUTQ that
lets you set a Max number of pages that can be release from this *OUTQ
during a certain time period.  THe default is *NONE, but you can say
only print 800+ pages after 9:00pm each night, but before 6:00am.
