For comparison, Ameritech's residential ISDN in WI is about $32, plus $0.06 per
call per channel. Business ISDN is $37, plus about (guessing) $0.09 per call per
channel. Indiana is the highest with $94.44 per month business rate.

Not worth relocating an existing business for, but for someone looking for a
place to base a new consultant business...
