There are a couple products that can organize a lot of this for you. One is ROBOT/CPA, from Help/Systems. It includes printing usage, as well. I believe they have a presence in SA, but I'm not sure. They have a Web site at http://www.helpsystems.com Another product is called STATUS, by ASC, makers of SEQUEL. I don't know a site for them, but http://www.news400.com or http://www.midrangecomputing.com should be able to get you there.
