I've not seen the course. However, I suggest looking at Tips and Tools for Securing Your AS/400. This is an AS/400 manual and it's free. It gives quite a good overview of security on the AS/400, as well as lots of suggestions.
Midrange Computing may have a video on the topic. These are usually quite good and around $100 each. Check their site at http://www.midrangecomputing.com .
Also, check NEWS/400's site at http://www.news400.com .
