If you use Win95 client it should automatically sign on to the AS400
using TCP/IP (mine does ..really ).  One thing I suggest is going to
your windows directory and deleting all .PWL files.  This way you have
to enter passwords and userids again.  Service Pack 1 should be applied
to win95 and it is available gratis from Microsoft.  They fixed a few
problems with the password files.  Also, they a have a freebie called
TweakU I (user interface) which is nifty little tool for bootmenu,
password remembrance etc.
BTW, instead of deleting the PWL files  first, rename them with a
difffernt extension like PWO or something.  Windows95 is as good or as
bad as OS400.  Got to be extra careful. <vbg>
