That is true it is needed only during development. But, I do believe that if you buy ATDS, IBM has included the "server" stuff that is needed to run the STRCODE. So if you have SEU, you most likely have the STRCODE. It only needs to be set up. I believe you need a certain ICF file in your library list.. Don't ask me how it is set-up.
