Art, I downloaded all the stuff and, when I ran the program, it successfully processed *no* PTFs ... I agree with you that the contents of the HTML file probably no longer align the way their program expects ... I'll ask some questions and see if we can get IBM to get things realigned for the new web site (or at least fix whatever the problem really is) ...
