Art, I'm not really sure I understand your question, but in the interest of time I'll attempt an answer in hopes that I'm close ... I assume that you've drilled through the IBM web site and found the list of PTFs relevant to your OS/400 version and are attempting to download the automated program and list from which to order the PTFs ... actually, I haven't had to try that path myself yet, the list of PTFs was manageable manually when the enhanced version was first available ... I'm assuming you can use Client/Access to copy the HTML file over to your AS/400 (similar to the save file QENHNOTES); although, there may be some differences in the HTML list given that the web site was revised around announcement day (8/19/97) ... if I have the time tomorrow, I'll give it a whirl myself just for the experience and report back what I find ... in the meantime, perhaps others have taken this exact path and would like to share their experiences with us all???? Good luck, *bg PS - remember that you always have the ability to scan and compare the list on the web with the list on your AS/400 and order the PTFs as needed ... I know the brute force manual approach is not anywhere near as elegant as an automated one; but in some cases it may significantly reduce the time to complete a task or project!
