Lou, The requirement for 16 bit Windows or OS/2 Warp is for the SRVIFS/SRVATTCH function ... SRVIFS/SRVATTCH was mandatory in the original installation process, but is optional in the enhanced one ... the new AS/400 commands can complete the entire process in some cases ... the exception is when you have a requirement to actually connect to the Notes server data drive (default is K:) to modify the NOTES.INI or manipulate (copy/delete/etc.) databases directly on the AS/400 Notes server ... if you have that requirement, then you'll either have to find a way to get SRVIFS/SRVATTCH to work on an administrator's Windows or OS/2 client workstation or use FTP as documented of the web site mentioned in my previous post ... I'm certain that when you read the information IBM posted on their web site related to the enhanced installation process, then you'll find an acceptable solution ... Again good luck in your endeavours, *bg <SNIP original reply> > >Bill, > >Do you still need a WIN311 PC for the install, or can you use WIN95?
