Has anyone actually done this? I have to have a Windows workstation, with a DOS netbios protocol loaded. I have a 486 that still has WFW 3.11 loaded, but I can't get this thing to load. IBM's install program wants to exit windows, load a TSR, attach to the server, then restart windows for the install. During the windows restart, I get an error that a program was communicating with the network while the protocol was cancelled. C prompt comes up, then I'm done. I can use the command line to get the TSR to load, but a program called SRVATTCH has to run. When I try to run that, I get command line error. Anyone have any ideas what the command line switches are for this program? /help or /? doesn't do anything. This stinks! Why can't IBM just give us a Win95 install, or a DOS install? All through the manual, they say how OS/2 makes the installation easy. Do I have to go buy OS/2? This stinks! I've got a nice CD-rom drive on my AS/400 that I've never used (except for PTF's), why can't I just use that? This stinks! (Is that an echo?) BTW, I'm on a model 150, with V3R7, latest Cum applied.
