We had the same problem. I called IBM tech support. They had me add a communications entry to the QCMN subsystem (ADDCMNE). I can't remember which one they had me to add. I think it's the last one our our list. I can send you the whole list if you want me to. The last one our our list has these attributes: Device: *APPN Mode: QSERVER Job Description: *USRPRF Library: <<BLANK>> User: *SYS Max Active: 0 It worked for us! I don't think I even had to end the subsystem. Good luck.
