This works nicely with UNIX boxes, too, since they almost always have
REXECD. This, along with the FTP client subcommand QUOTE RCMD [CL command],
which the AS/400 FTP server honors, allows for a lot of flexibility between
systems. (The FTP thing would work from a PC FTP client.)
