Almost everything like that would be in the system history log.
Try DSPLOG and press F4, fillin the date and time parms you want
to look at and press enter. Then it's matter of browsing thru
the log. 

Everything in the QSYSOPR log is in the history
log/file clearing the msgq shouldn't be a big problem in most
cases.
