Don't I know it!  Under V3R1, we had stuff that was just plain WRONG that we
needed PTF's for (of course, we also had a problem with generating multiple
trigger records under 3.1 for a while -- not to mention several others).
 Just TRY getting help from IBM on SQLCBL!

These were already addressed under V3R1, and are set correctly now.  I just
wish that I could get them to quit brushing off the SMP possibilities...
