Thanks!  That's probably it on the RISC box, now if I can figure out the
CISC.  The CISC presents a particular problem, as the V3R1 310 loop ate CPU
independent of its priority setting.

Well, just drops my confidence level another notch in my current source of
information.  I was urged to order my new box prior to the announcements,
because the licensing would hurt small shops more than large ones.
