IBM PC DOS 5.01 or 6.x or 7.x vs MS DOS 5.0 or
6.22
IBM Windows 3.1 vs MS
Windows 3.1

they are different and ibm flavor does stink, almost as bad as any version
of os/2, but not quite

only oem 95 i've seen with problem is from nec on Ready series, they don't
like dlc protocal at all, but connect like champions with ca95/nt tcp/ip,
whether local or remote through nt ras. I have no idea if
that dlc problem is from ready machine or os but either case tcp/ip creates
a non issue

haven't had the priviledge yet to get my hands on a newer thinkpad with 95
or NT loaded yet.
but i can always dream ......
sure do miss my stinky pad, awesome piece of machine, bullet proof and
visible as long as
you don't include the pointer in the keyboard ...

later
