I'm doing research for a monograph on employment contracts in IS. I am looking for examples of contracts for all types of employment within the industry, full, temporary, consulting etc. I am particularly interested in contract clauses which people had legal troubles or client troubles over, and any results of such troubles. Please, if you send me anything, delete all company, financial & personal references from the document. (If you don't I'll have to, which I will, but I'd rather never see them.
