Apart from the PSP PTF's (SF97xxx, SF98xxx, IIxxxxx) the only time you 
should need to order a PTF again to get an 'updated' version, is if the 
original one you ordered was a test PTF.  Normally these are held and only
released for downloading for a short time, so unless you were working with
IBM on a problem you shouldn't have received any test PTF's.
The Ferengi thought they would be smart and go for the lowest initial 
price bid, so then ended up with a PC LAN running Windows Stardate 41975.95
(it was supposed to be Windows Stardate 41975.92 but Bill Gates XIII
