I would check the PTF's to see if they are actually current, don't assume they are. I believe the latest V3R2 PTF's for the upgrade assistant is SF40861. There are pre-req & co-req PTF's that should be downloaded when you order the PTF. There are language dependent MRI Co-Req PTF's too that you should order. SF31609 for language code 2924 (English UPPER/Lower Case).- see below for others: APAR SA54070 AFFECTS THESE LANGUAGES.
