Following info is from the Road Map:

To exchange objects in a network between a V3R6M0 or V3R7M0 system and
systems running earlier releases, (V2R3M0, V3R0M5, V3R1M0, or V3R2M0),
PTFs must be applied to the earlier systems. Objects created on a V3R6M0
system or a V3R7M0 system cannot be restored to earlier systems in the
network until the PTFs are applied to the earlier systems.
