As long as they have *JOBCTL, they will be able to look at other folks joblogs (Excepting of course the joblogs of people who have *ALLOBJ in their profile). But taking away *JOBCTL may remove a bunch of authority that you want your operators to have (Job management, some outqueue management, ability to end subsystems, and IPL ability). Another option might be to put a command processing program on the DSPJOBLOG command that checked for current user = requested user and rejected those that did not. You'd still want a saftey valve so that certain people could look at other people's joblogs.
