        This is a requirement prior to installing the latest v3r2 CUM Package
(7126).  See Appendix C of the doucmentation that comes with the tape. 
It also refers you to the cover letters of two other PTF's because the
system will choke on an IPL.

        How often should SETDSKCLN be run?
