I recommend the UDS V.3400 modems. > I not only second Jerry. I recommend the the V.3400 highly. Buy it, load the factory option set 9 from the front panel and you are set. However, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy the V.34R (nearly same price but V.34R cannot be configured from the front panel). The V.3400 from Motorola UDS is very robust and inexpensive (around $300) (hey for synchronous communications you cant do any better.) -- Thank You.
