COMMON had a service charge.  Barsa Consulting has a standard tape copying
charge of $30 plus media.  I haven't evaluated a direct distribution of the
COMMON Library, and would have to have a discussion with COMMON before I
could do that in mass.

Now, here's the interesting question.  How far back could I go???????  I'm
unsure.  I have a system as far back as V3R0M5, which means that
theoretically I could go back as far as V2R3M0, but this is theoretical.
Our active systems are all at RISC, and if I remember, the distributuion
code for COMMON did not support *PRV, but I don't remember exactly.

Don, are you the person who called me last night (8:59 PM) with some sage
advice as to how to this, the name was clearly garbled on my phone mail.
