Sammy,

In Canada at least (which is what I presume you're concerned with), you
can still but the AS/400 9401 P03 and 10S models (at least until July
01, 1997 - which is the withdrawal date shown by the AS/400
configurator).
As you know, these are not RISC models.  The 9401 150 is the small RISC
model, although it is bigger than the P03 and isn't really a portable. 
As far as I know, there are no plans to produce a RISC 'portable' model.

The T03 Twinax package version of the P03 is CDN$ 15,749 (more than the
RISC model 150's).  It has 8MB memory and a 2GB disk.
Add another CDN$ 4,250 for the P05 level software license and it's WAY
more expensive than a model 150 (which includes the Base-Pak software).
Not really a worthwhile investment unless you absolutely MUST have a
small machine that fits into it's little carrying case.
