Jeffery, Yep, their web pages during biz hours are near impossible to get to. I have waited up to 20 minutes to see only the imfamous "Waiting For Sever Response" at the bottom of the Internet Explorer Window...The particular PC that I am connecting from has a 56Kb connection to the Internet! It seems to have gotten much worse now that Client Access For Windows 95 service packs can be downloaded via the Internet........Hope they figure out some way to fix that soon!
