RE: SEU lower case.

You can't change SEU to default to lower case. This is an SEU ATTRIBUTE 
setting derived from the member. That is RPGLE members default to lower 
case, whereas RPG members are uppercase.

If CL is you problem, you might consider using CLLE instead of CL. This 
member type defaults to lower case (as does all ILE languages).

There isn't too much difference in CLP and CLLE program except for 
SNDPGMMSG. But that may be a huge issue in your shop...

In SEU, F13 (Change Session Defaults) allows you to specify whether you
want Upper case input only.  Is there a way to change the default from Y
- Yes to N - No so that I do not have to change it every time I open a
