Had this problem months ago.
It was solved via PTF's and moving from V3R1M0 client to V3R1M1.
Make sure you have latest cum package applied, and that the latest
Service Pack PTF is applied and downloaded to the PC.
If possible, you should also go to the newest version of CA/400 for
Win95/NT (V3R1M2 - a free upgrade from IBM if you have the CA/400 V3R1M1
or V3R1M2 client), and to V3R2 (or V3R7 if RISC box).
