What code level did they send you?  I don't have a printout handy at the
momement.  There is also another code fix because the printers when
powered on display an 'Option 45' message in the LCD panel.  All the
user has to do is hit 'Continue'.  Still a nuicence.  I definately can
say that I will never buy another IBM printer!  I have seven, and not a
day goes by where one of them does not have a problem of some sort!
