No.  Replaced the whole printer!  We packed up all 7 and sent them back
and they sent us 7 new ones.  Two of the originals were flaky.  When
these things came out we had SOOOOO many problems it was unbelievable! 
Put a sour taste in my mouth with IBM's printing division.  Later this
year we will be looking at replacing printers again.  I'm not even going
to entertain looking at the IBM 4324!  We just ordered 3 HP5siMX and
they have been working fine using the MPI Blue Kit IPDS SIMM.  They
print CAD drawings from Unigraphics (PostScript), PC based documents,
AS/400 reports (IPDS & non-IPDS).  I'd rather spend the extra $1,000 per
printer to get something that is going to work and work right
consistantly.
