Asynchronous Client Access is only available on the ASCII workstation
controller.

I've given up on ASCII PCSupport/CA400 a long time ago, we use 3rd party
connectivity from a company called Advanced Business Link.  Their entry
level server starts around $4000, for 2 line/5 user connection.  It can
even upgrade to a web server.
