  • Subject: Client Access PC5250 problems

I use the PC5250 Emulator function every day for access. I have the
whole Client Access package, and I use the 32-bit Netsoft Router.

When "Alt-Tabbing" between multiple sessions, my type-ahead characters
never get sent to the session, instead a red "X-S" appears where the
normal input inhibited white "X SYSTEM". I have to return to the
session and hit enter again, and still all of my type-ahead keystrokes
are lost.

Type ahead works most of time. It is set on my system values, and works
normally under other client access products (ie netsoft 16 bit elite).

I was able to duplicate this same problem using TCP/IP instead of
router. I believe problem lies in PC5250 emulator.

I am at V3R2. I applied PTF that came with last CA/400 for 95 refresh
in march.

TIA
