We are having the same problem with the LIC.  We have a 9406-500, running
V3R7, and that problem just happened today.  I contacted IBM, and they said
there were no PTF's for it, nd to just keep n eye on it.  I guess you hve
to wait for your system, to just crash before IBM will do anything about it.
