MI programs that don't use "blocked" instructions (those IBM considers as having security breach potential) also work at all security levels. However, some utilities such as Pathfinder and Abstract/Probe+ can achieve much better performance by using MI programs which incorporate certain "blocked" MI instructions. Such programs won't run at levels 40 and 50, only at 30 or below.
