This parody turned up in the TOURBUS last October, and my information is 
from that source. The author is Gene Ziegler, a professor at Cornell. 
 However, according to TOURBUS the poem in general circulation is only HALF 
of the original. The full work is even better and is titled "A Grandchild's 
Guide to Using Grandpa's Computer". It can be found on Gene Ziegler's

Here's an extract from a second poem by Ziegler in which he gives vent to 
his feelings about the editing and mis-titling of his opus:
