If upper management thinks it’s such a good idea to outsource and hire H-1Bs why don’t we do it with their jobs.  They're the ones who have the biggest overinflated salaries.  Wouldn’t it save a company much more money to outsource their jobs?  Just as it would be a bad idea to do that with their positions, hiring undertrained or just plain bad programmers could do just as much damage.  You get what you pay for.
