Re: Decision to make?

Many moons ago we had this worthless piece of protoplasm working for us. 
For instance, comm line to major division was down.  Controller stops in 
and wants to know what we are doing for them.  I tell him that Eric is 
working on it and have him peer over the mod wall.  Eric is playing 
computer games.  (I was not Eric's manager.)

Amazingly enough, not too much later, Eric goes to the VP of IS and says 
to give him a pay raise or he walks.  VP to Eric "Is two weeks enough 
notice?".
