Might be kind of tough.

Listing that your an officer in the Knights of Columbus does announce that 
you are a Catholic, which may raise the discrimination flag.  However, if 
a big part of your life was tied up the last couple of years because you 
were the Supreme Knight (sort of like President) that would be a 
significant experience factor.

Remember when people liked to see a well rounded individual that was 
active in a lot of stuff before all of this fear of discrimination crud 
popped up?
