Re: Bad reference

It was unfortunate that I could not get the information from those sources. BTW, I did give references that were good people who knew my skillset, and so forth. The companies in questin decided to call my references, AND all previous employers. (which was how I found out that the previous MIS manager was no longer there)
Anyway. I now have 17 years on the AS400, and have been out of that company for 10 years. 

PS, It was outright fabrications, including questioning my mental stability.

It seems unusual to combine "cost me at least 3 jobs" with not "able to get documentation". I'd think there'd have been 'at least' three depositions possible in there.
