ACTUALLY...I shop at Wal-Mart (NOT!) because they fired all the night crew here after a rap band stopped by at 3am post concert, bought $6k of video games, gave all the employees t-shirts to say thanks then the employees were fired for taking tips! Now no one wants to work there now - talk about strategic holiday labor planning. People shop at Wal-mart because of the unethical practice of running the mom and pop shops out of business in areas where there is not a need for a large chain merchant. Then when sales fail to make their expectations, they pull out and leave the area "screwed" over. -----Original Message----- From: midrange-jobs-bounces+sking=gbsio.net@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-jobs-bounces+sking=gbsio.net@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of rob@xxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 2005 10:26 AM To: midrange-jobs@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Fw: Lest ye get too complacent *** Please pay close attention when replying to a message on this list! *** If you want the reply to go to the list, use REPLY-TO-ALL *** Recruiters may advertise only permanent employment positions in this list. However approximately 75% of Americans feel the opposite. Or why else do they do a bulk of their Christmas shopping at WalMart? Rob Berendt
