And if I hit an AID key while coming up to the data screen, and then go
to Field Attributes, then even with the intervening write to the UDDS
DSPF, the first write to VIEW still throws the CPF4737.
So, if I figure out how much time has passed between throwing up the
splash screen, and being ready to throw up a meaningful screen, then do
a WAITTIME, if necessary, to add more time to that, then try to rewrite
the splash screen, reading it if I get the CPF4737, then I've got it.
The devil is in the details.
