RE: MI replacement for QMHRTVM API

Replying to my own post...
SCNMSGF uses QMHRTVM, and the original article on News/400
points out that it has to be called multiple times, can't
dump to a user space.  So it'll be just as slow.

There's a free SCNMSGF tool on Bradley Stone's site, 
but I have no idea how it works or how fast it runs.
