I'm way behind in my email, but let me catch up here...

For starters, I think Bruce is playing messenger here, so don't hang him
out to dry too fast...he's a good guy and actually on our side...

As for the directions of the AS/400(or whatever it's called now), I think
the marketplace and clients are more than confirming your findings.  This
is really a sad fact of reality I fear...and one that's being also
confirmed by every user group I talk with.

And OS/400 has just been labeled "strategic" as I understand in today's
conference call....scary when that happens from what I'm told.

As for fast/400, well, they've always proven themselves to be creative.
Would be fun to see how they respond to this.  :)

...and yes, I still think it's the best damn server out there...strategic
or not... :)
