"Ts and Cs"??

| Since Software Group "own" the W-code definition, I have to
| believe that they would also want a say in the process. Why
| wouldn't they?

I can't imagine why they wouldn't... I can't imagine they don't have a
whole lotta influence (direct and otherwise) over how Mr. Zeitler spends his
(reputed) mini-budget for Software. (IF that was the case back in '01 as I
believe, posted over on Ignite/400. Budgets being fluid, all that may not
be a current issue, though.)

This is my question, also, which is who owns the MI-code definition? Are
they publically accessible? And does the user community have any ownership
of it (IT being the MI-code definition), especially those who footed the
bill??

This partially goes to my question of the relevance of "Open" Source in
Software MIUI development, and when IS the bill for MI gonna finally be
Paid-Up-In-Full like Linux apparently is???
